FACULTY & STAFF - you should not have to register or create an account - simply use your RC credentials for logging into PSP. If that fails for any reason, please contact us. Please also note that you will not automatically have access to all account numbers. You'll need to email email@example.com to request access to additional account numbers as they are not all assigned by default. This is only for the initial setup - once we set your account up, you'll be set going forward.
Students - please use your RC username (without @mail.roanoke.edu) to create your account - the password can be set to whatever, but will sync with your RC account password as long as the usernames are identical. Once you create the account, close the browser and go again to www.roanoke.edu/printshop and click the online order form link - then login with your RC user ID and password (click the option on the left to login with your RC credentials - the username must match - without the @mail.roanoke.edu).

Welcome to the Roanoke College Print Shop
Located in the lower level of the Life Sciences Building (220 N Market Street in Salem, VA), the Print Shop provides printing and duplicating services to both the campus and surrounding communities. Our customers include faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, etc. We also provide services to local churches, non-profits and small businesses upon request.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday when classes are in session
8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday when classes are NOT in session (breaks, summers, etc.)
(These hours may fluctuate and change during holiday breaks or during the summer.)

Services & Pricing
Printing & Copying in both black only and color are available.
For printing and copying, the costs are based on quantity of impressions per original, per submission. An original is one page in the set of what is being printed or duplicated. For instance, if you have a 5-page document to print, you have 5 originals.
Multiple colors, sizes and weights of paper are available for purchase in the Print Shop as well. Pricing varies based on availability, weight and finish of the paper being requested.
There are multiple finishing options available. These services are charged by cost of material, plus a $16/hr. labor charge (minimum of $4, broken by the quarter-hour as necessary):
- stapling (multiple position)
- padding (glue binding)
- 2 & 3-hole punch
- booklet production (saddle-stitching and face trimming)
- bulk paper cutting
- bulk paper folding
- carbonless forms (up to 3-part)
Comb Binding is available in multiple sizes of combs. Pricing varies based on the size of the document to be bound, plus labor.
Shredding of confidential documents is available at no cost. (Anyone can bring their documents in to shred themselves; if we provide the labor, then labor charges would apply).
Wide-format poster printing is also available in the Print Shop, up to 42" wide. Costs are calculated by poster dimensions.
Lamination is available at a cost of $1.50 per foot, on average.
